Please review these operating terms before confirming a tour.
A 50% deposit locks your seat. The remaining balance is payable before departure.
Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before pickup. The driver can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Missing the vehicle without prior notice is a no-show and results in 100% payment forfeiture.
Cancellation is free at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% charge. For cancellations 24–48 hours before departure, please contact us to confirm the applicable terms.
Safety comes first. Marine tours cancelled by official Sabah port or marine advisories are fully refunded or can be rescheduled without penalty.
